Hi All, 

Just a reminder that the November meeting is coming up fast. 
I know that Julian, Eric and I are planning to attend.  Randy will be  
hosting at the church.  The date and location is as follows:

     -Questionnaire

I plan to do a presentation on alternative programming languages  
for Commodore computers at this meeting.  Randy, I'll need a C64 setup for  
the presentation.  I seem to recall you have equipment already at the  
church?  What type of drives do you have handy?  Should I plan to run my  
demos from 1541 formatted disks?

Posted by: Dave The minutes of the November, 2007 meeting are now available for download. SWRAP will be holding its annual Christmas party in December. There will not be a regular meeting. Details on the party will be posted when they are available.

Posted by: Dave Hey guys! The next SWRAP meeting is this Sunday, June 10 @ 2-ish pm at my place (353 S. Vance St., Lombard, IL. 60148). I'm going to have to ask that everyone be out of here by 6, though. Amy is going to be selling gift baskets at Duckon all weekend and we're going to need some "quality time". I don't have an agenda yet, but I'm sure we'll come up with something. There's a new DTV demo out, and there's been some movement on the recent lawsuits over in Amiga land. See you Sunday! - Dave

Posted by: Dave I probably don't need to mention this at this point, since this comes up every year. But, just to be thorough...Mothers' Day is this Sunday, so our monthly SWRAP meeting will be taking place the following weekend, May 20th. The promotional materials from Commodore have arrived, and I'll be raffling them off. Hopefully Amy will be around as an impartial 3rd party so I can get in on the action. Also, one of the guys at Commodore wanted my opinion on the new systems as an old school Commodore fan, and I was thinking it would be neat to put a short video together talking about what we think and send it to them. Other than that, the agenda is empty. Bring ideas!
